Share as much information as possible to assist us providing speedy resolution. The following list may help support to the process:
- Describe the behavior of the reported problem.
- When did the problem start happening?
- How often does the problem occur?
- Has any system, network software, or hardware been upgraded or changed?
- When the problem happened, was anything unusual going on?
- Please do not leave Call List or Arm/Disarm Code updates. Call List and Arm/Disarm updates must be submitted in writing. Email Code updates to customerservice@scinm.net or Fax to 505-998-1156.
